Weekend Away: Canberra (Part 3)

DSC_0289_4.JPG

This is the final set of pictures from my long weekend in Canberra last October. We visited Parliament House and Old Parliament House in the afternoon. It was on the same day as visiting the Australian War Memorial and Mt Ainslie in my post “Weekend Away: Canberra (Part 2)” so that explains wearing the same outfit! This long weekend was just after the ‘Hummingbird’ collection from Kitten D’Amour was released (my favourite collection from 2017) so the whole weekend was about Hummingbird. For those of you who asked, the print close up is a Hummingbird.

I was in Canberra on a Monday which made it a lot quieter and therefore more enjoyable. Even so, I was really surprise how vacant this grassed where was between Parliament House and Old Parliament House. It was the perfect location for photos. If I was a blogger living in Canberra, this would be my main spot for outfit pictures.

  1. This look is absolutely adorable! Ever since I left Australia I’ve been missing Aussie summer. It’s been so chilly here in the States – I got so used to having BBQs and beach days this time of year. 🙂 You look amazing – hope you’re enjoying Canberra!
