Weekend: Coogee to Bondi Coastal Walk

These pictures were taken this morning at the Coogee to Bondi Coastal Walk. It’s the first time I’ve ever done the course, as it’s a long way from where I live. We ran most of the course (other than stopping a couple of times to take pictures) because it has lots of hills which is great training for the upcoming running event City2Surf. I’ll write more about the experience on my fitness blog Tia Cherie Fitness.

It’s hard to believe this is winter in Sydney. It was a particularly beautiful day. It was 10 degrees when we started the run at 7.30am, which is quite warm compared to the 2 or 3 degree runs I’ve done recently.

  1. These are gorgeous pictures, Imogen. What a lovely place to walk, and I bet the hills were pretty. I love that second picture with the sun glistening on the water. Good luck on the upcoming running event. I know you’ll do great.

  2. I just had to visit this post again, Imogen. This is such a beautiful place. Every time I see pictures of the sea, I long to go there. I also wanted to mention that your dress today is so whimsical and cute. I’ve seen framed pictures with Chat Noir from time to time. You look lovely in this dress.

    Wishing you happy August days.

ps…I am a tea lover too. I usually have one cup of coffee in the morning, then tea at night. : )
