Outfit: Cherry Print

It’s still raining continually in Sydney; I can’t actually remember the last time it rained so much. I heard on the radio today that it’s the wettest month in six years. Fortunately I have a few outfit pictures saved up from when it was sunny. This is another one of my favourite cardigans; I bought it last year and showed it in here. I’ve worn it on many occasions and I’m surprised I haven’t completed an outfit post on it before. I’m sure it goes without saying that I adore the really sweet cherry print and the overall colour scheme. I like the little cherry detail at the back. I also love the fact that its a wool cardigan; an item which is rather difficult to find at reasonable prices here. It’s so warm and comfortable. This outfit, which is a favourite, was the inspiration behind a similar outfit which I posted here; simply substituting my cherry print cardigan with my floral cardigan. The red dress is so versatile and a good base for an outfit. These red heels are a reliable old favourite; I wore them long ago here. The black heel against the red shoe is a lovely touch. A kind woman stopped me in the streets in the city to tell me how much she admired them; little compliments make the day so much better. I’m starting work during the week; my unemployment is officially over. There are no possible words to explain how nervous I feel right now. I’ll let you know how it goes.

  1. Ohhh my goodness it's been raining for what seems like forever here. I've got new pieces to shoot but it's so hard with this wet weather haha! Love your outfit! And I just sewed a ton of hair bows so I'm excited to wear them with a bun 😀 You always look so dainty- I love it :] Hope your having a lovely week so far!

  2. Beautiful look. I love the super cute cardigan. It's raining over here too but that's always the case 😀
Glad you found a job. I wish you good luck. I'm sure everything will go well <3

  3. This cherry cardigan is so adorable! I love it with the red dress. And your red mary jane shoes are the best. I need a pair like those!

Also, hooray for starting a new job!
