New In: Black & White Quilted Flats

Mollini Shoes

I have finally found time to create my second item of the week post: my black and white quilted ballet flats.

I bought these Chanel inspired ballet flats just two days ago in Sydney City. I had wanted a pair of shoes in this style for a very long time, probably even a few years but I had been unsucessful in finding them. It seemed as though they were not the style of shoes that were seen everyday in the regular shoes stores. I had given up hope of ever finding a pair of black and white quilted ballet flats. A few weeks ago I surprisingly came across a pair in the shops and on an online store but they were far too expensive and more than double the amount I would usually pay for shoes. After posting this on facebook one of my university friends informed me of a store where she had seen this style of shoes. I had never even heard of this store before but I like it now and it sells many different brands of shoes. This store had this style in three different brands so there was a range from which I could choose. They were all afforable prices and in the end I chose the Mollini brand. I was so incredibly excited when I came across these shoes and I am so thankful to my friend for locating the shoes for me that I loved so much.

Thank you for the birthday wishes. I will write and show some pictures of my birthday in a post soon.

Looking forward to seeing what you wear these with!

  2. Happy Belated Birhtday comment! And those shoes are really sweet, lovely and classic. Very Audrey Hepburn. And I do wish for warmer weather, but I know the cold isn't something to look forward to, for you. xxx
