Weekend Away: Hunter Valley (Part 3)

IMG_1202

These are even more photos from my New Years Eve weekend in the Hunter Valley which I wrote about here. While there we attended a Christmas light show at the Hunter Valley Gardens. The display was extensive and extremely impressive, it must have taken ages to set it all up. I loved the Alice in Wonderland section of the gardens but it was difficult to take pictures there because of the lighting. I really enjoyed our trip to the light display at the Hunter Valley Gardens, it was so much fun.

  1. That really is an overwhelming amount of pretty and interesting lighting and fun fantasy settings in your photos. I love the size of the slice of cake on the table you were sitting at and the reflections of the lights on the water. Those displays were quite elaborate and your photos are pretty.

  2. Oh this looks like such a fun place to visit! I love the shot of you sitting at the Alice in Wonderland tea party table! So cute! Looks like you had so much fun. Love how the lighting changes in the photos from day to night- I think the flamingo one is my favourite!

  3. Hi thanks for the comment 🙂

I love the dress you're wearing here – I don't do well with strapless stuff sadly! Good luck with your Law degree, it's not the most exciting thing to study but it will be worth it! 🙂

  4. These photos are amazing, I love all of the light-up cacti and the flamingoes 🙂 You took some great photos. And on the jewellery making front, I'm only a beginner myself so I keep forgetting to try more adventurous things, but it's fun. xxx
